Life Lists - It's hard to argue with the black and white.
This section of my process was the most brutal and hard to do for me.
As anyone who has ever attempted dieting via any of the many systems will know, they all advocate some form of tracking.
They do this for a simple reason.
Accurate data free from our own personal bias and blind spots.
Our mental health is the same in that we will all have blind spots and behaviours which we are no longer consciously aware of.
I started by keeping journals and notes to record my thoughts, feelings, behaviours and most importantly actions.
It's amazing how nose blind we can become to our own BS and lies.
Told you it was brutal.
Think of it as boot camp for your brain.
